    Not Receiving Promo Codes


    I’ve been waiting on a message from Xbox for a promo code for the game Paladins. I’ve been waiting about two weeks now but I’ve never got it. I was just wondering how the codes from xbox are supposed to be given out and if there’s a chance that I’ll get it at some point. Here’s the tweet showing what this promo code is supposed to give you once redeeming.

    i don't receive 3 months of free promo code.

    I also have not received any promo code from this same promo event. I thought it was just gonna be considered free and not have to get a promo code. Money has been taken out. Didn't get a email or nothing about this promo so i have no way of knowing if
    it ever meant through.

    I did it through Xbox one.
