    Not receiving preorder punch credits


    hi I have preordered 3 titles, call of duty wwii, need for speed payback and Star Wars battlefront 2 but I have not received the punch on my preorder card for Star Wars and there for not got my 15000 credits anybody know why or how to fix this to get my
    points?

    Preordered Dead Rising 4 Delluxe Edition from Xbox One and Didn't recieve Preorder Punch

    I checked MY Missions again still not listed as receiving a preorder punch for Dead Rising 4. I checked the eligibility requirements and I have met them. I waited more than the 96 hours after release and still no punch or credits. I would appreciate you
    looking into this issue.

    Games on Demand Punch Card

    Hi!

    I have 6 games preorder but only 5 preorder showed up (resident evil 7 not showing preorder!!!)

    Weird thing is that I only got 2 punches. I should get all 3 punches with 15,000 credits already!! Anything wrong??

    You will need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind that credits are given after all 3 games have been released and if any of the games were preordered before October 1, they would
    not be eligible.

    I didn't get my points.

    There are no offers to receive 15,000 credits for preordering just that game. It would count as a punch on your games and demand punchcard and you would need to preorder 2 other eligible games to complete the offer and receive the credits

    Pre-Ordered Gold Edition of Ghost Recon and didn't get my 15,000 credits!!

    There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it digitally, it would count as a punch in your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the 15,000

    The purchase would have counted as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits. In order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer
    on the site at the time. There were no other offers to receive credits just for preordering that game.

    There have not been any offers to receive credits just for that game. If you preordered after January 1, it would count as a punch towards your Games on Demand punch card and you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive credits.
