not receiving power card rewards

It's quite simple all you had to do was call power up rewards 877 676 GAME and they gave a code by phone. It's not gamestop that had any control of the allocation of the codes. Power up rewards members only received a code so If you don't have a card you
wouldn't have got it. Debacle? Ha.

Hello, my first post. I have been playing Microsoft Bingo Windows 8, and as of this date: May 8, 2015 I did not receive any community award keys. I was in France, and the meter was full, all three 'key' boxes indicating my awards where lit and full ( as
to measure bar). I tried clicking on the golden key, and the lock, nothing. So obviously the update didn't fix this issue. Also, I would like to know how does one see the approved bingo patterns, as shown in the tutorial, again? Nothing in help shows them,
and I can't find any images of them doing searches on web. Thanks.

Can you please specify which Keys you are missing (rewards from a round or rewards for assisting with the Community Goal)? By "points", do you mean Coins? Have you tried any of the solutions offered in our FAQ, including manually checking for updates or
uninstalling the game and resetting the Store cache?

The bingo audio issue has happened twice, both when I was trying to enter the bingo very quickly before the match ended.

In regards to the power cards, does a reset mean that we will lose any of the rewards that we have accumulated? That's almost 200 keys for me.

Three other issues I have noticed are - a power card number selection not registering, it showed as selected on the power card and in the number list but when the number was called it was not shown as a power selection. Also, if you leave the game for a
period of time, sometimes the controls at the beginning (play, community button, collection button) do not works requiring a restart of the system. Lastly, when in the rewards portion you cannot use the plus button beside the keys to purchase more keys, you
have to click on a piece of luggage to get the 'buy more' button to appear.
