    Not receiving points from purchase of A Way Out


    I recently purchased A Way Out and went to redeem my 3000 points and even though the green check mark appeared, I still haven’t gotten my points after 4 days.

    Never got Xbox Reward points for buying Xbox One. Can I get Microsoft Rewards points instead?

    I never got the Xbox Rewards points (or any points, from any of my purchases) from buying my Xbox One X. Now that program is no more, and they're running an offer for 50,000 points if you buy a One X. Is there any way I can get those points in substitution
    for never receiving my Xbox Rewards points?

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    The offer has actually been listed since the 1st. The emails are just late going out. Only purchases made from the Xbox Store are eligible. Since the purchase was made from Walmart, there is no way to receive credits for the purchase.

    Punch card is a separate feature of the points system. You should still receive points from the purchase.

    Hey there Sepnasty! I'm sorry that you had trouble purchasing points from Microsoftstore.com! Have you received that email yet? Or were you able to cancel the points purchase? If you still haven't received the email I'd suggest contacting phone support to
    make sure you don't get charged without receiving the points! :)
