    Not receiving points for renewing Xbox Live Gold


    So I renew my Gold service every year and I noticed that I am not receiving rewards points for every time I redeem a code for an Xbox live Gold membership card. I recently redeemed a 12 month, a 3 month, and a 1 month that I had lying around. I haven't received
    points for any of these transactions as well as points for redeeming 12 month cards for at least the past 3 to 4 years. Can I somehow receive these points back? I have email confirmation of all my Gold membership renewals that I can provide for proof.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Purchased a 12 month subscription

    Just an FYI, although Sara is right if this doesn't help you need to ask there.

    The points are only given if you renew your subscription by auto renewal, or use an xbox live card while you still have gold status. And you will receive the pending points when your last subscription ends.

    Hello there!

    If you are reffering to receiving the 200 points for renewing your Gold Membership for 12 more months through
    Xbox LIVE Rewards, then you can buy it from the Xbox or the Computer. Either way, you will receive your 200 points on the next rewards cycle. :)

    MISSING REWARDS

    For support with the rewards program you need to post here forums.xbox.com/.../29.aspx

    As far as not receiving the points for renewing Gold, they will not show up until your membership was supposed to end.

    Example: You renew today, Gold ends in tomorrow, you will receive those points in a few days.

    You renew today Gold expires in September, you wont get those points until September.
