Not receiving points, Error Message saying account needs updating

Contacted xbox support chat and was redirected by them to here. i had them check my info and everything is exactly like it is supposed to be and up to date. any idea how to fix this?

Problem accessing "my account" options

I am having a problem updating my payment status on my Xbox Live account. I keep receiving an error message when going to "my account". Does anyone else have these issues or an idea for a work around?

What exactly is the error message you are receiving?

I can't say I've ever heard of an ''account canceled'' error. Have you received messages that said your account's gold membership would expire soon?

The problem CONTINUES.

Aug 12, 2018 The site says "An error occurred while uploading the image"

I tried uploading both JPEG and GIF images of the erroneous total points and of the error message. I received the same error message for both!

Authorizing your computer to purchase MS points is a new thing. When you get that message, it also says that you will receive an email with a code to enter to verify your account. You need to do that.

Thanks for keeping us updated. Do you only have the 30 dollars in your account? The picture shows that that game costs 29.99+, meaning that you still need to account for Taxes.It's possible that you are a bit short due to taxes, at which point you would
just need to add more funds to your account.

If this is not the case, can you please type out the error message you are receiving so that we can translate it?
