    Not receiving point towards my rewards


    I have been a Xbox live member for over 8 years and rewards for 3-4 years, I have been renewing my Xbox live every 3 months, I have checked my account and I have received any points for that since 2014, is the a reason for that?

    NOT RECEIVING MY REWARDS POINTS!!

    I was looking through my order history and it shows that I was supposed to have an Xbox Live rewards deposit of 3850 credits but only gave me 50 credits in March and I have not received the other 3800 credits until this date. I called xbox support and was
    told to bring my concerns here. In advance, thank you very much for your help.

    Not receiving my reward points

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing gold. Subscriptions do not count towards VIP.

    Hardware only earns credits if there is a specific offer available when you make the purchase.

    Hello BIOFLUID,

    We no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. That offer was discontinued in July 2014.

    Xbox Rewards No Reward for Preorder

    There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.
    Ok then, where are my Rewards points? I'm a member of both.

    buy something else like a membership card those count towards rewards or buy a points card but yes you must wait till your balance is at least 100 ms points before you can receive them

    I don't really even pay attention to M$ rewards anymore because the program is so lame. In the 20 months I have been a rewards member, I have received a total of 750 lousey points. Thats not even 10 dollars in almost two years.



    Meanwhile, I use things like my Kmart/Sears Rewards and my Speedway Gas Station Rewards and can cash them in for hundreds of dollars towards Microsoft point cards and Xbox Live subscriptions.
