    Not receiving one channel, all the rest are fine


    I can get all the networks except NBC. I am told they use a VHF and not UHF signal but my antenna can receive both. It also looks like my XBox One TV adapter can receive both, and I can find nothing saying the the Xbox One itself can't process a UHF signal.

    Any idea why I am not getting this one channel. There isn't much on NBC I want to watch, but I'd like to have the option.

    Stuttering video using Hauppauge TV tuner on XBOX Once

    I see it on channel 23 , 43 and 45. The rest of my channels are fine and these channels are fine on other TV and if I connect the runner to my laptop they are fine. Something is up with the firmware.

    Xbox One Digital TV Tuner - HD Channels Missing

    Hi,

    I yesterday finally received the xbox one digital TV tuner and installed everything fine. The one guide and everything works perfectly but all HD channels are missing. I tried to contact microsoft help but they are useless. I am in living in London (W5)
    and have no problem receiving the HD channels on my TV when plugging antenna straight in. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?! Thanks

    Is it just me with surround sound issues?

    Works fine for me 70% of the time. Sometimes when i turn my receiver on the sound is crackling and distorted. If i cycle through the channels on my receiver back to the xbox one it usually disappears.

    Does this work with the Rockband games?

    it should work for all rock bands if it works on the first one all the rest should be fine

    TV sound only in stereo

    I have the exact same issue. Virgin TiVo going into Xbox one via HDMI, then HDMI to 5.1 receiver, then HDMI to TV. No 5.1 from the Virgin TiVo movie channels, but everything else is fine.

    i think when all channels works fine only the one channel is that problem, you must contact the app creator or eurosport. i don't think we can help you here in the forum
