    Not receiving New Xbox Dashboard on 1 of 2 consoles.


    Hi. I have the new Xbox Home Dashboard with the new icons on my launch XBOX ONE but my XBOX ONE X still hasnt been updated to the new update. I dont understand why one would update but the other doesnt. Im in the Preview Beta ring. My Xbox One i bought in 2014 and my Xbox One X in March of this year. Dont know if that helps you. Also ive been in the Preview/Insider programs for 4 years. Please Help

    I have performed this myself and it might help you with the new dashboard UI:

    The new dashboard is rolling out to all Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles in phases. If you don't have it yet, you can check to see if it's available for your console with a few simple steps.

    Here is how to get new Xbox dashboard:

    1. Go to your Xbox's Home screen
    2. Select the "Settings" icon
    3. Select "System"
    4. Select "Updates & downloads"
    If the new dashboard is available for your console, you'll see a message saying "New dashboard available"
    4. Select "Download and install"
    Once the new dashboard is installed, you'll be prompted to restart your console. After your console restarts, you'll be using the new Xbox dashboard.
