Not receiving my Xbox live rewards

hi for some reason my rewards points never get transferred over to my account I have them sitting there and Xbox state that on the 15 or the 30th of every month if you have more than 5000 points they automatically get transferred but mine never do and also
I did the rewards mission where you buy 3 new games and get 15000 rewards points and 5 my vip stars well it counted when I bought Sims 4 and assassins creed but it hasn't counted call of duty as a pre order but I pre ordered it as soon as it was available
for pre order can some on help me with these issues

I noticed I'm not receiving rewards for my achievements or for renewing my Xbox live gold please help

Not receiving any rewards

not sure why but I'm not receiving any form of rewards on my Microsoft rewards account and have purchased a few games and DLC and have always really upped my Xbox Live.

I was referred by an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member and purchased an Xbox Live Online Gold membership. I'm also an Xbox Live Rewards member. When can I expect to receive my 5,000 Rewards Credits?

To receive your 5,000 Rewards Credits, you must join Xbox Live Rewards and upgrade your Xbox Live account to Gold Online membership within 14 days of receiving the referral and retain your Gold membership for at least 30 days. If you meet all these requirements,
Credits may take up to 45 days to be deposited into your Microsoft account.

The Xbox Live Reward program only rewards users for making purchases, and when they make purchases it takes at least 1 cycle to receive rewards. If your friend only joined yesterday he was not rewarded from the Xbox Live Program. He could have received it
from the Microsoft/Bing Reward program (separate) or from Sales/Promotions (separate).
