Not receiving my VIP rewards points

Hello I am looking for help with my VIP rewards. Have been with Xbox since the original Xbox. Until now but I have never knew about the my VIP experience until my friend told me about it. He said you buy any games on the store collect points and once you
get enough you recive points or some form of currency and it is an incentive to purchase more games. I have been buying games for the Xbox one s sense December of 2016 but my points have been stuck at 1250 and I've played a lot of games for my gamer score
to increase. However, with no increases to my VIP rewards. I contacted customer support and was directed here for a resolve.

Once again I have to beg for my Reward points for the Games I buy

I have not been receiving my Reward points for the games I have bought from the Microsoft store and How Can The VIP vault be out of supply with the 5000 reward points you have to use 250 gems to get it but it says out of supply that's ridiculous

I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am receiving little to no reward points. Also, my VIP rank has not gone up since I began the VIP program. This seems wrong to me. I have bought a ton of games and I would think that I would be above a 0 level by
now. Any answers?

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

I have not received my rewards points from my most recent purchases either. My VIP percentage value did increase, although my rewards points total did not increase. Please assist if this is an error as I believe I was not properly credited with my points
and thank you. <3

I received the same message. Trying to redeem my 500 points has been a joke. Everything is "out of stock" whenever I have tried.... from the company itself that provides the reward and is a digital reward?? Add "Mm" to "Hmm...". This is why I usually don't
even bother with these VIP points, rewards, etc. There always seems to be a "problem".

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. At that time the rewards program started awarded rewards credits. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the Rewards site at the time, or you need at least
1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?
