Not receiving my rewards points for months!!

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars over he last couple months alone on games deluxe editions and regular with no rewards given. I want my points! I’ve been a loyal customer since 2008 and I haven’t been getting any useful help this is the second time I’ve posted
in this forum.

I have not received any reward points!!!

Hi I have been a Reward member for a few months now and I have spent 100's of $$$ and have not received one point in rewards.

How do I go about receiving my rewards from a few months back to current?

Haven't Received 12-Month subscription Bonus on XBox Rewards.

I've been hearing problems with the Xbox Live Rewards and I recently noticed that I had not received points for renewing for the year.

I had renewed my XBox Live Gold Membership back in March, 2013. I have reviewed my points received and noticed I did get 10 Reward Points. However as stated on XBox Live Rewards website, 10 Reward Points is equivalent to a 1-Month Renewal. 200 Reward Points
would have been the proper amount for my 12-Month Renewal.

I was wondering why its not giving me the Rewards promised and if I was ever going to be receiving these points.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

the Microsoft Rewards FAQ says a level 1 Microsoft Rewards member may only give or receive 1,000 points per calendar month. Level 2 members may give or receive 5,000 points per calendar month. These limits may change over time.

While this should be in the other forum section, an important note is that rewards points are only transferred to your account once your reach 100+ points in rewards, and they are given to you on specific days of each month.

If you are over 100 points or more but it is after the day of deposit you will not receive them until the following month.

And and I have yet to receive my 15000 reward points for pre-ordering three of the available games for that mission or any of my other free to play missions for this month so please fix it

The method of MS rewards has some mysterys but wait the "2nd" lot of rewards

I manage a sample for you

I have 180 points to be deposited in this month but i receive only 160! why that? i believe is because the somatory of points only pass 100 points in actions maked in March (in that case the action is March survey, and 1% back of my purchaes, but only apears
in my rewards in day 4 of this April).

If that 220 points appears in your peding rewards you just have to wait the "2nd" lote (the rewards system lauches in your acount the points in to periods the first begins from 10 to 15 of curent month you gain more than 100 points and the second is from
25 to end of month, in rares cases they can be deposit in a date before that period.
