  1. Not receiving my reward points


    I've purchased a month Xbox live card last year and a 1 month none of them gave me me points or showed I was VIP and trying to make me buy gold I purchased a Xbox one system for 446.00 off of the Microsoft store I didn't gain no points what's going on I
    received points for doing a few question survey though.

    NOT RECEIVING MY REWARDS POINTS!!

    I was looking through my order history and it shows that I was supposed to have an Xbox Live rewards deposit of 3850 credits but only gave me 50 credits in March and I have not received the other 3800 credits until this date. I called xbox support and was
    told to bring my concerns here. In advance, thank you very much for your help.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing gold. Subscriptions do not count towards VIP.

    Hardware only earns credits if there is a specific offer available when you make the purchase.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Furthermore, the X1 to X1S console upgrade offer we selected you for was only from October to December. Since you only purchased at the end of February, your purchase was not eligible, as it was not within the offer period.

    In order for support to check into your account, you will need to post in the support section of this forum. Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support and should not be posted on the forums.

    Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. You can see how much you need to spend for each star

    The rewards program does not deposit credits unless you have at least 1,000 or more. At 1,000 you can request a deposit and they would be deposited on the date listed when you make the request or you would have to wait until you have at least 5,000 pending
    and they are automatically scheduled for a deposit.
