Not receiving my platinum in Warframe.

Hello,

I have waited the 96 hours since completing my part of the offer for a reward of "75 platinum for 5 new achievements" and have still not received my platinum and the button that the faq speaks of has not appeared. Who or what should I talk to/do to get this
fixed.

Warframe 75 platinum code not recieved

I never received a promotional code for 75 platinum in the game Warframe. Many others seem to be receiving it through an xbox live message but I have yet to receive any message.

 

Warframe: missing platinum after purchase

On April 24 2016 I purchased one 75 platinum and one 170 platinum on the marketplace but when I got back on warframe I was missing my platinum so I went back to the marketplace and tried to buy them again but I was still missing my platinum. When I checked
my email I had the receipts for them but no platinum on warframe.
