Not receiving money and gems

Ive been xbox live gold for 12 months straight for over 5 years and when i click on the mission to get 400 gems and it brings me to a page that offers me gold like if i had no gold and it doesn't give me my gems also ive been waiting for a deposit of
10000 reward credits in cash since 31\05\18 and nothing and MyVip status seems to be glitched because i had 744 gems and im still rank 1

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since we only transferred your Credits in the latter half of last month, they will not be deposited until the mid-month deposit this month.

So i closed my account and created a new one and than you gave me my credit back .

I want to know if i will receive the $ and when will i received the money.

I want to buy PUBG .

Support will post back about the VIP stuff, but since gems only started on October 1, it is not possible to have completed that offer yet.

The deposit should be scheduled for the mid-month deposit which should take place on the 14th. Support will verify that though.

Gems were only created in October, so it would not be possible to have 12 months of a subscription yet. Regarding your Credits, from the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
