Not receiving messages which would include codes for games/dlc

You shouldn't expect retailer specific DLC content to be included in the game. I'm fairly certain that the games are packaged and shrink-wrapped prior to the retailer receiving them. I don't think they make retailer-specific packaging that ould include retail-specific
codes in the game packaging. I pre-ordered from Best Buy and it was clear when I was making the purchase that I would receive an e-mail on launch day providing me with my Best Buy-specific DLC code. I suggest calling Future Shop and asking them how they are
distributing the DLC codes for people who pre-ordered.

Thank you for this. I received the code for EA Access on July 7th, which came through my Xbox Live messages and still has a presence in my inbox. However, I have not received my code for the bonus content as advertised. The game was purchased directly
from the Microsoft Store, and the advertised bonus content which includes 50 HUT Gold Plus Packs, EASHL Equipment Bundle, and the EASHL '94 Celebration was not included.

Was this official support or an ambassador? Phone support goes through very specific steps before sending a message which includes you receiving an access code to your email.

Hi! Do you receive any error code or message? Make sure the season pass and DLCs are installed by going to your 'Games & apps', highlighting Call of Duty by pressing the start-/menu-button on your controller and then selecting 'Manage'. From there you
can check which DLCs are installed as well as those that are ready to install.

I did receive a message that included a code for the mafia bundle. Not sure what it was. And that is the message that I deleted by accident
