Not receiving messages or notifications from Microsoft for months including my Quantum Break ...

Ok you just sent me a message about users getting an xbox live message about quantum break codes.The problem is I don't think I have been receiving any notifications from microsoft for a while now and that might be the problem so can you verify when this
is supposed to happen? So I know when to contact you again for support.

Just to clarify did you purchase the physical disc version of Quantum Break? Also, did you purchase Quantum Break from the Microsoft Store? If so, you will not be receiving a code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. For further details check out

Didn't receive codes for American Nightmare or Alan Wake from pre-order of Quantum Break

I pre-ordered Quantum Break through the Xbox Live Store on April 4th which is stated in my recent orders on my Microsoft account and also on the receipt that I received through email. I have not received any code for either American Nightmare or Alan Wake
and the expansions through the Xbox message center, as stated in the product description for Quantum Break, or through email. If anyone could assist me in receiving these codes, I would greatly appreciate it.

I pre-ordered the Quantum Break Xbox One Digital copy (from the microsoft store website). The website clearly stated if you pre-ordered the xbox version the PC version was also included. I never received a redemption code. Where is my code?

Where did you purchase Quantum Break? If you purchased from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page.
You can use OneDrive or any other popular image hosting website to send that screenshot! To private message me, click the tiny envelope below my post.

If you pre-purchased the physical version, Alan Wake should be included inside the case. The Windows 10 version of Quantum Break is exclusive to pre-ordering the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store. For more information, please

Just wanted to clarify with you on the details of the promotion, since you mentioned you purchased Quantum Break on the release date, you will not be eligible for Quantum Break on Windows 10 as that was for users that pre-ordered before the release.
