Not receiving keys after the community goal being reached

Discus and support Not receiving keys after the community goal being reached in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm not receiving the keys once the community goal gets reached on each power card.     Not receiving keys after the community goal being reached


    I'm not receiving the keys once the community goal gets reached on each power card. So far I've missed 2 lots that I've noticed. PLESE FIX!!!

    I have not gotten my keys in community goal in 2 weeks, and have foung no way to contact them

    why am I not receiving my keys when the community goal is reached haven't got them in 2 weeks.

    still not recieving keys

    Hi, still not receiving keys from Bingo Power cards, first the USA card - had 100keys - community goal was reached and no keys. Then was the France Power Card - 40keys - community goal was reached and no keys.... Kind of annoying the crap out of me. Please
    fix or give a reason as to why this is happening....

    Found the answer actually... you have to go back to the Bingo's main menu and click on the Social tab. Rewards are under there. Hope that helps!

    What a load of BS

    I played the powercard in America and was able to reach the personal goal to receive 40 keys. I see that the goal has gone up, so I assume that the goal was reached, so how do I receive the keys?

    Not gettng Keys!!

    I'm experiencing the same exact issue. A number of times I've reach the goal for the keys and when the community goal is reached, I get nothing.
