Not receiving game/party invites

I can join parties and receive party invites just fine. The problem is the game invites. For example, I was trying to play Call of Duty: Warzone through a Looking For Group post. I join the party but then don't receive the game invite and can't invite
them to my game.

Not able to receive game invites or party invites, nor am I able to send them

I have tried cycling the router. I'll check about the moderate open NAT settings. Maybe something I missed. It's weird because it's sort of random. Some days will be fine, and others I won't get messages or invites. Some days I'll get messages but no invites.

I had this issue a while back and found out my NAT would switch to moderate open quite a bit since my friends had low NAT we had trouble playing together. Try to follow Microsoft guide to opening up your router and also find out what you friends NAT is.
Have also tried cycling power on the router and modem?

Sorry to hear you're not able to get party/game invites. If you haven't yet, the first thing you'll want to try is to

power cycle your Xbox One. This can very often resolve a lot of problems so hopefully that helps. If not, try unplugging your Xbox from your network and then unplugging your network and resetting that as well.
