    I have been a member of Xbox Live Rewards program for nearly 4 years now. During the first 6 months, the program worked beautifully. Since then, I've been getting nothing til last night when Idid the survey. MAY have gotten points, but no deposits into my
    account. Can you please help me with why I haven't seen a penny since then

    I made a request for a refund back in 2021, it was accepted but I never received my cash back.

    It was already accepted. But I never received the funds.

    Microsoft Rewards Points problem : I can redeem points but I don't get any xbox card.

    Keep in mind it can take uo to 24 hours to receive the funds. Before reaching out to their support, check your order history on the redemption site as it should give the option to either resend tbe funds or give a code to redeem for the funds.
