    Not receiving freedom rewards


    I have played trove Since the promotion started well after 96 hours now and there is still no button on the page to get my dragon coins, I need help not one of my friends has been able to find the button either and i see plenty of forum posts about this
    but i see nothing being done. What is going on?

    Not receiving freedom rewards

    I signed up for Xbox rewards and played Trove a lot which I already had downloaded previously. Well I still have not received my dragon coin reward. I play a lot more than 30 minutes. When I go to freedom rewards and get started on trove it just has another
    button that says download now. Nowhere am I able to claim my reward. I did a survey yesterday and no pending credits but that could take a couple more days I guess. Please help!

    We see that the tokens were assigned to your account, and are currently awaiting use on your redemption page. This page can be accessed from the Trove section of the FREEdom Rewards page. Keep in mind that it can take up to 96 hours to receive and process
    new activity, so coins do not show up immediately after activity.

    In order to receive your platinum for that offer, you must redeem the code on the Freedom Rewards redemption page, which can be accessed from the bottom of the Freedom Rewards offer page linked on the MyMissions page.

    You only played Fortnite and ROBLOX for 5 or more hours. The only other title that would have qualified was Warframe, which you only played for 4.5 hours.

    Try logging in with a different browser - I saw a support response that suggested that.

    I personally haven't had any luck though.
