Not receiving enails

Ever since I changed the email to my Microsoft account, I have not received emails on the new one.

Moving a gamer tag associated with an email to a new email that already has a profile.

i am using Alias as my primary enail account for my profile it works perfectly

Complete Download has Disappeared

And I might have forgotten to mention I also got an enail from Xbox saying that I have purchased Oblivion for $29.99

Those codes are usually enailed about 10 business days after the game ships. You would need to contact Microsot Store support if you don't receive it since that offer is through them.

You can try to recover password with the enail address you sined up with. there should be a forgot password option maybe here on xbox.com that might help
