not receiving credits for pre ordered games

I have pre ordered two games, Assassins Creed: Origins, and Call of Duty World War 2. I pre ordered AC on October 27th and COD on November 3rd. My question is when will I receive my credits or where do I need to go to redeem them?

xbox live reawards credit are not depositing eveyrhting is up to dat ebilling cc etc

not receiving my credits even game i pre ordered through the microsoft store and im supose to get 15000 credit i do not get it :/

Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard

I have pre-ordered Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Watch_Dogs 2, and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. All are showing as pre-ordered but I am only seeing 2 of the 3 in the punchcard and I am not receiving the reward credits. Can someone please
fix this.

Both would have counted as punches towards your games on demand punchcard. You would have needed 1 other eligible purchase to complete the offer and receive the credits.

Hello Freeshavocodude,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). Furthermore, only your Assassin's
Creed purchase was a pre-order. Therefore, it did not award MyVIP progress. It did award one punch out of the three required for the Games on Demand offer.

Hello Evolved360,

The Credits were only for pre-orders/orders made during the offer period. Since you pre-ordered in August, you only received keys (Sweepstakes entries), and not Credits.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer has not ended yet, it is too early to receive Credits.

The only way to receive Credits for a single pre-order is through our MicrosoftStore.com offer, which rewards 15,000 Credits for a single physical (disc) purchase off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was a digital pre-order, it was not eligible
for any Credits. However, it did award one punch on the Games on Demand punchcard. That offer requires the purchase of three eligible games to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits.

Hi BoldCougar26. Since your pre-order was made prior to the offer period, it was only eligible for the keys, not the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders made during the offer period received both keys and Credits.
