Not receiving credits for digital purchases

I purchased multiple games and movies in September and October (did not preorder) and none of the awards credits are showing up for MyVip 10% rebate. How do I go about getting credited for my purchases?

Most offers for earning credits are only for digital purchases made through the Xbox store. There is only 1 offer for receiving credits for purchasing elsewhere.

Not receiving credit for purchaes

Thanks, I thought the credits were applied within a few days of the purchase..... my mistake!

We see that you were accurately Rewarded. Regarding September, you had $25 in eligible purchases, generating 2000 Credits. Since we award on every $10 in spending, your remaining $5 was reserved for a following month. Regarding your October payback, from
the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We just calculated last month's MyVIP, so it was too early to see the Credits pending.

If you purchased it digitally and/or before March 7, you would not be able to receive those credits.

In order to receive credits for preordering Quantum Break, the game had to be purchased as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com. If you did purchase it physically, you would need to post in the Rewards forum -

forums.xbox.com/.../29.aspx

If you purchased it digitally by March 12, it would have counted towards the games on demand punchcard running at that time and you would have needed to complete that offer in order to receive credits. Otherwise, there were no offers to receive credits for
digitally preordering that game.

From the Microsoft Store or digitally from Xbox? The 15,000 credits for preordered from microsoftstore.com ended on December 31. If you preordered them there, you would not receive credits. If you preordered them digitally they would count as punches on
your games on demand punchcard and you would need 1 other eligible purchase in order to complete the offer and receive the credits.
