Not receiving credit for reward points

    I didn't recieve my reward credits for gears of war 4

    I got an email about receiving a reward credit of 15000 points if I preordered a digital copy of gears of war 4 ultimate edition. I did not get those pints.

    Hello ShadowKiller318,

    A full log of your Credit and Deposit events can be viewed on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, sorted by lifetime. These events can be confirmed on your commerce account at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding, not taking away, funds from your account.

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
    gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

    Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. At that time the rewards program started awarded rewards credits. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the Rewards site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?
    I'm thinking of GTAV, but I haven't got enough points for it

    These are all the transactions that I believe that I haven't gotten rewards points credited. I am mostly concerned about not receiving the 15,000 rewards points from Xbox Design Lab.
