Not receiving credit for purchaes

Hi,

I've noticed that recently I've not been receiving rewards credit for purchaes made. I've purchased 2 games (Life is Strange pt.1 and Destiny 2) but the only points showing up in my account relate to the survey.

Any ideas?

hi I purchased Skyrim Special Edition and a infinite Warfare season pass ,but I don't think I have been credited for these they were purchased in December from Xbox store and paid by pay pal you can check all the details ,but I am sure last year the same
thing happened again you can check 2015 deluxe edition of titan fall and tomb raider all are digital down loads

Smwutches is correct. Furthermore, both those purchases were made in November, and included in your November payback, which is currently pending in your account. You did not have a one star MyVIP level until March of last year, so your purchases in December
and January did not award MyVIP payback.

 

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. If you preordered Destiny on or after July 1, it would count as a punch
towards your games and on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete that offer and receive credits.

There have not been any offers LIfe is Strange would be eligible for, so you would only receive credits if you qualify for VIP. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

 

Thanks, I thought the credits were applied within a few days of the purchase..... my mistake!

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
