Not receiving credit for May download quest

Downloaded, installed and played 3 of the 2 games with gold as prompted from the quests before completeing the other 2 quest criteria yet the other 2 are showing 100% and the download 2 free games with gold is bugged at 0%? I need this fixed i don’t wanna
miss out on the reward despite fulfilling the criteria /:

Contact will turn around and say to post in this forum. A number of people have been posting trying to contact someone about missing quest rewards.

now showing 50% despite me installing all 3 free games on the same day... why isnt it registering as 100%!

How has my post gone ignored and yet newer posts about the same thing are being answered by forum support staff? Over a week later and still stuck at 50%

Have also downloaded 3 of the 4 and stuck on 50%, I am surprised nobody has responded yet, hopefully we get some answers.

hopefully! coming on 9 days now and seen people who have only posted today have their posts replied to by staff acknowledging the issue and forwarding their details on yet we remain left?
