    Not receiving content of purchase


    I have made several purchases of DLC for COD MW2 and they say that I have them installed and owned, but none of the content is there. I have tried to get support from Activision and Microsoft and neither seem to be able to figure out what the issue is. I am hesitant to purchase and other content for this game because of the issues I’ve been having. Are there any known issues with purchases for this game?

    Hello Jerry, you mention that you have already contacted Activision and Microsoft support, if they haven't figured out what could be going wrong the ideal would be not to make any more purchases.

    Is there any way to get it by accessing your download list? Try looking there for the pack (although that may not work)

    The best people to talk to, I believe, are in fact EA so do try to get an answer from them.

    Also, if you are not purchasing both video content and game content, you will not receive credit.
