Discus and support Not receiving Bingo Keys from power card. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have not ever received the Keys from playing the power card.     Not receiving Bingo Keys from power card.


    I have not ever received the Keys from playing the power card. I know the community goal was met.

    still not recieving keys

    Hi, still not receiving keys from Bingo Power cards, first the USA card - had 100keys - community goal was reached and no keys. Then was the France Power Card - 40keys - community goal was reached and no keys.... Kind of annoying the crap out of me. Please
    fix or give a reason as to why this is happening....

    Earned 40 & 100 keys and was not paid when community goal was reached.

    Playing Bingo and earned 40 keys on one power card and 100 keys on another power card. When the community goals were reached, Bingo did not pay the keys. I've been shorted 140 keys.

    power card rewards not received &very buggy

    I have yet to receive my 100 keys from the power bingo yesterday. April 6th 2014.

    I have not gotten my keys in community goal in 2 weeks, and have foung no way to contact them

    Go to the main menu and scroll down to the "social" box. Click on it and that is where you collect the keys from the power bingo community card. It took me a while to figure that out, so hopefully this helps you!
    I have been checking there, I knew to do that but I am not receiving them.

    I hear the sound and may certainly get the luggage belonging, (I believe), but the number is not marked on the power bingo card.

    To explain the problem a bit more, I do it with an example:

    I mark number 1 - 25-33 on the power bingo card.

    During the game, I get star ball that marks number 33 on one of the bingo cards.

    Then, as drawn numbers 33, and the sound and the picture comes up that there was a power bingo numbers.

    When I've finished playing, it is not 33 marked on the power bingo card.

    The summary that comes right after the game show that I have received a power bingo numbers but it is still not selected.

    Community goal reached - no rewards!!! AGAIN

    Go to the main menu and scroll down to the "social" box. Click on it and that is where you collect the keys from the power bingo community card. It took me a while to figure that out, so hopefully this helps you!
