Not receiving any type of notifications

Discus and support Not receiving any type of notifications in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I m not sure what I was playing but all of a sudden I started to not receive any game/message/or when a friend goes online notifications I receive them...     Not receiving any type of notifications


    I m not sure what I was playing but all of a sudden I started to not receive any game/message/or when a friend goes online notifications I receive them on my phone from the Xbox app but not my xbox I’m not sure what the problem is but I tried soft resetting
    the Xbox signing in and out I’m not sure what else to do

    Was logged on through my phone watching and have not gotten any notifications of receiving it.

    AC Origins just appeared in my Library?

    No, I've never shared a game and never had one shared to me. And I never received any type of notification that one had been shared to me.

    do you receive no notifications on any account signed in, or just your primary account? Is this also not receiving just achievement notifications or all types?

    You don't get notifications for log ons anymore.

    As for the the others, have you tried power cycling the machine?

    No pop-up notifications at all, and I haven't tried power cycling yet

    Enforcement

    Upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. The specific content of the notification depends on the type of device that received the ban.

    For Xbox One the notification is:

    “Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans. For more information out console bans, visit xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban.”

    As stated before you can't contact anyone regarding a console ban.
