    So I am not receiving rewards for things that are CLEARLY stated you get rewards for. For example, the MyAcheivements section states that you receive multiple rewards for raising your gamerscore by each tear. Currently I am on the 4th tier which is the
    Legend Tier. When I look at the history of the items I have earned and or completed however, it shows the 4 tiers, but it does not show any reward like I was told. I thought well hey maybe I forgot to sign up but that is not that case as I performed a test
    of the account reward system. I completed the monthly survey which is to reward you 250 reward points. I completed that survey an hour ago and still have not received the points. No they are not in the pending section. Nothing appears in the pending section.
    I'm also aware of a promotion on buying certain games which one of was Assassin's Creed Origins and you earn up to 14000 points. I have purchased this game recently and yes I have completed MORE than 5 achievements which 5 is the requirement. Now I don't know
    if I am owed exactly 14000 points but the fact that I haven't received ANY points at all raises some concern. I have seen the forums and have seen how 100's of players are getting the same issues. However half of them aren't given any answer and are told to
    post their issue in another support forum by the people in charge of the forum. The other half are told the offer expired as of the moment they posted on the forum so the promotion is invalid (Even though they completed the requirements within the promotion
    time). Now I completely expect to get one of these two responses however If you plan on giving me one of these two responses then I want to request that a phone number be given to me so that I may speak to a supervisor on the phone and get them to resolve
    the issue with this support forum as I haven't heard a single reply from a consumer saying their issue has been resolved with the Xbox Live Rewards. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

    I have been unable to get any rewards, gems, vip, etc to show up on my rewards account. I have been unable to find anyone to contact to help me resolve this. Does anyone know who I can get a hold of to fix this and get my rewards, points and gems onto my

    In the Terms and Conditions for Xbox Live Rewards, it gives the value of points as:

    "The Rewards Credits conversion is as follows: one thousand (1,000) Rewards Credits = $1 USD."

    And, since you can trade gems in the vault for XBL Rewards Points, 250 gems for 5,000 points, or 500 gems for 10,000 points, we can arrive at the value of the MyVIP gems 1 Gem = 20 points, or 50 gems = $1 USD.

    Microsoft Rewards Points, on the other hand, are only worth a little over 2/3 the value of XBL Rewards Points.

    Also in the Terms and Conditions, it says:

    "Any changes in Rewards Credit values will be promptly announced and
    will not impact any Rewards Credit values already earned.
    "


    So, this 1:1 conversion of Gems and XBL Points to Microsoft points when the changeover happens will violate Microsoft's own Terms and Conditions.

    So, I think someone needs to rethink the 1:1 conversion, and maybe also stop limiting the digital items in the Vault, so that users can get the full value guaranteed by Microsoft's own Terms and Conditions.

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase, or you need at lease 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Gems just started on October 1. So for things like achievements, you would not have been awarded gems for anything done prior to that date. Prior to October 1, there was nothing offered for reaching certain levels.

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing most offers. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for the survey you did today.

    The offer you're thinking of for Assassin's Creed is the Family Face-off offer. If you bought the game after December 1 and spent at least $60USD on it, you would unlock level 1 and receive 5,000 credits. Then you can earn credits for earning the achievements.
    Looking at the game on your profile it shows you played it in November which would have been before this offer began which is why that purchase is not eligible for that offer.

    There are actually a lot of people who do get their issues resolved, but support does lock threads after they respond so you usually don't see a reply.
