Not receiving any pets

ive got 54 dwellers in my fault in fallout shelter. I have not recieved one pet yet from wasteland and or lunchboxes. I dont know if this is a bug but i do know i feel like im not getting the actual experience of this great game because of a glitch. Is there
anyway u can fix this without having me start a new vault?

Unable to receive achievements?

He is not receiving any whatsoever, his gamertag is KILL ALL PETS. he's gotten 505 from normal playing but since then, it just stopped and he can't receive any at all

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

If you are asking about our program (Xbox Live Rewards), we see that your join by date and activity indicates that you may not be aware of current program changes, such as MyVIP, which began in 2014. Currently, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two
ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

 

Hey there Tandem,

I've personally played the game quite a bit and it can be kind of random when you receive pets or not. From my experience, you don't get Pets in lunchboxes but they come in their own Pet Carrier type cards that often aren't included in lunchboxes. That wouldn't
be something that would be handled on our side though. You'd want to reach out to
Bethesda if you think it's a glitch in the game, since they be the best people to look into it further.
