Not receiving all content bundled in Killer Instinct Definitive edition

Hello, recently I had purchased Killer Instinct Definitive Edition and I’m really enjoying it, however it appears that some content included in the bundle is not appearing ingame.
I have all the characters and stages, but I’m missing all of the gold skins as well as the terror pack skins. I have them installed but cannot apply them to the characters whatsoever, recently I contacted multiple support members that assisted
me with alot of troubleshooting. By the end of the conversation one of the support members said i should take this issue into the forums as they could not determine why I wasn’t able to access the content mentioned above, any help would be very much appreciated.

This is just a nomenclature for the bundle.

Since you have available in your account all the add-ons from the Definitive Edition, everything is normal, you have the complete version of the game.

"The Killer Instinct Anniversary Edition will replace all paid versions of Killer Instinct, such as the Definitive Edition… and the good news is that anyone who has bought Premium content for the previous versions of Killer Instinct (Editions, Fighters, etc.) will get upgraded to the Anniversary Edition for free!"

Already installed, have tried reinstalling as well but it just isn’t showing up ingame.

I figured it out, after I uninstalled and reinstalled all of the dlc (not just what was missing) I was finally able to access the content I was missing before. A big thanks to everyone that helped.

Hi, go to "my games & apps" highlight the game press the menu button (thre dashes) on the controller and from the flyout select "manage game & add-ons" and see if it is in the ready to install section.
