    I purchased Just Cause 3 on December 25, 2015, and have not received a code for Just Cause 2 which is/was the promotion. I do not know the problem and need some support.

    Haven't received codes for legacy bonuses or collection promotion

    Case number [Mod Removed], contacted support regarding not yet receiving codes to redeem these promotions even though I fit the criteria. Told me to make a post here and provide a case number so here it is.

    1 year since I waited for my promotional points (4th post)

    Sometime in January of 2012, there was a promotion for redeeming a 12 month Xbox live prepaid code. It said that if you redeemed a 12 month prepaid code, you would receive 600 Microsoft points. I redeemed a code for that promotion and it is already
    March of 2013, with me not receiving my 600 Microsoft points. I don't understand why I didn't get an email for the points or if it were deposited in my account already.

    Codes are sent out 7-10 days after the date of the purchase but because of the Holidays codes weren't sent out during the last week of December. Please keep an eye out for your code and if you don't receive anything by the end of Monday create a new thread.

    The promotion to receive the codes for the other games ended at the end of 2016. You may be able to find disc versions of the game that still have the codes, but it is no longer possible to receive the codes if you purchased the game digitally.
