Not receiving $2 credit for "Incoming Transmission" email promotions

Per the terms in the emails, credits should be given withint 15 days of the end of the offer. If you don't get them by July 22, you'll meed to post back here.

I noticed same thing and, opened a support chat session, they found the code was redeemed to my account on 6/10.

I dug though emails and the "Incoming transmission 1" mail from 6/10 had a link to redeem 2$ which I obviously forgot about.

In some cases, we do have promotional emails with secret links to the promotional credit to which the email does not have any reference to that specific credit.

It is best to be safe in regards to any emails being received as some may be malicious, where does the email state that it is directly sent from?

Clarify this for us and we'll await your response.

It has been exactly 2 months since the date I was supposed to receive the promotional credit...
