    Not receiving 1 month EA access from XGPU promotion on PC


    I bought 3 months XGPU 2 weeks ago on PC which includes Discord Nitro, EA Access, and Spotify premium. I received xbox live messages for redeeming Spotify premium and Discord nitro last week.

    However, still didn't receive any message for redeeming 1 month EA access.

    Did anyone receive their EA access on PC? Should I contact support?

    Hi,

    Sorry but EA Access is Xbox only.

    EA has a separate service for PC called Origin Access which is not part of this promotion.

    EA ACCESS code not received!

    The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

    I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.

    EA Play will be coming to XGPU during the holidays (most likely at the Series X Launch). Ultimate costs $1 for your first month, then every month after that is $14.99 a month. Hopefully this answered your question.
