    I have a make a pre oder for call of duty ww II but i don't have receive a code!! Why?

    I Would the code and why the beta version is not in to the xbox live?

    The site xbox.com says we could play ...

    Did you pre-order the game as a digital download, or the physical disc version?

    For digital download pre-orders, the code should be immediately sent to you after you pre-order.

    For physical game pre-orders, the code will be included with the actual game at launch date.
