not received xbox one s bundle

this is now my fourth time I've posted on here and i feel like a little kid moaning ,but the fact off the matter is that its been 9 week to this day that i ordered my Xbox one s bundle which set me back 7500 gems I'm very disappointed
that i still haven't received my item or that the response has been we will look into it,for the last time could somebody please get in touch and let me know what is going on because this is very frustrating since joining Xbox back when it came out in 2003
or so I've spent over 10 thousand pound on digital downloads and that's not including the amount off money I've spent on consoles and accessories.anyway I'm not going to keep going on can somebody please just tell me where my prize is.......

50,000 reward credits for purchase of xbox one S?

I purchased a xbox one S Battlefield 1 bundle and haven't received my reward points.

Please help.

GOW Bundle Issue

I purchased the Xbox one S Gears of War bundle 1 TB console and have not received GOW 1,2,3 and Judgment as promised. This was the main reason I ordered the bundle, to get all of the Gears of War collection on Xbox one. Still have my 360 and wasn't going
to upgrade.

You will need to continue working with Rewards support in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. That forum and Twitter are the only places to receive support for the program.

Thanks for getting back to us. Now, the Eon bundle comes only with the purchase of the

Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle. If you purchased your Xbox One S before this bundle came out you wouldn't be receiving the Fortine Eon package.

Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle (1TB) . The promotion does not apply to all Xbox One S consoles just the Fortnite bundle.

i bought the xbox one s with digital code of gow4 in bundle from a store in greece.i redeem the code and receive the 2 codes of 3 and judge but not gow2

Hey there!

When you purchase the Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle it should come with a code for the Eon Cosmetics set and a code for the 2,000 V-bucks. You can find everything that the bundle includes through the Xbox website.
