not received VIP rewards for april

I spent a significant sum on live in april and should receive a 10% rebate however my last entry shows: 12/04/17 - Rewards Deposited - 23,000 Credits. My rebate is always deposited between the 8th-15th of each month - it is now the 16th May yet I have received
nothing - what is going on?

Points not showing

VIP Rewards will take longer as the VIP Rewards over March will appear 15th of April.

 

No Rewards for purchases

Mine Rewards credits are not posting again. According to my rewards history, I received a credit on Jan 31 for purchases and a credit on Feb 1 for Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard. On March 31, I received 5000 VIP credit. From Feb 1 through Mar
1, my purchases were $64. For April, they ware $264. I am at 5 star VIP Rank. Please help. I also show on Feb 1, purchase of ME Andromeda, GR Wildlands, and For Honor. That should account for the Punchcard Reward.

 

April's rebates have been delayed while they fix an issue.

confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account.
