Not received the Pre-Order Bonuses of Quantum Break

I pre-ordered the Quantum Break game on (03/11) from Microsoft ecompany store.
I have still not received the my pre-order bonus code for

1. Quantum Break Windows 10 game

2. Alan Wake’s American Nightmare

:)

 

Still haven't received pre order bonus for quantum break.

I pre ordered quantum break but I never received any of the pre order bonuses.

I used this account [mod removed] to redeem that code in Xbox Console. Its the same account I am using to post the message

Can you clarify when you redeemed the code you purchased from the store? If the code was redeemed after the 10th I'm afraid you would not be eligible for this promotion.

I am not sure about the Date when I redeemed but its possible I did it after April 10th. But nothing in the offer mentioned that It needed to be redeemed before 10th April.

 

Thanks for the response, haricr! It looks like the team that investigates these issues has determined you redeemed your code after 4/10. It was stated on the terms for the promotion, before it ended, that codes needed to be redeemed before 4/10 for users
that purchased from the Microsoft Store (in specific regions). Because of this, you should only have received the Alan Wake game.
