    Not received the Gear of War game in the Bundle package.


    Hi,

    I bought the Gears of War 500GB Bundle for this thanksgiving, but when i opened the box I was not able to see the CD or redemption code for the game. All it had was "Superstar Anya multiplayer skin add-on". I checked with the retailer where I bough
    this bundle and they have asked to contact Xbox directly as they could only help if the product is defective but not with any promotion codes associated with the product. Can you kindly let me know how and when could I get the game?

    Not received the Gear of War game in the Bundle package.

    The game should be located in the box. Be sure to go through each piece of promotional material inside the box and to scratch of the entire area off as sometimes there are two codes on one card.

    If after looking through each paper and scratching off everything the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition code is still not visible, we recommend reaching back out to the retailer for further assistance as we are unable to provide codes for games included in
    Xbox One console bundles.

    lost the code from console upgrade screen, how can I get it back?

    Are you sure that the link was for the gears of war download. Check the outside packaging of the console. Depending where it was purchased from, the codes can be on a label stuck to the box.

    Haven't heard of a web link to download and install a bundled game before.

    Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
    for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
