Not received Store Gift Codes for Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered Gears of War 4 and Mafia III both came with $10 Microsoft Store Gift Codes from the store online. Have not received the codes as of yet for either.

Hi Namelessthehckr. Our offer is to award only 15,000 Credits for pre-orders made at microsoftstore.com. Watch_Dogs 2 was part of that promotion. Since you received the 15,000 Credits, you were not eligible for the $10 gift code.

Why buying from Microsoft store sucks

I'm assuming you picked Ground Shipping. The Microsoft Store clearly states on their site that they can take 3-7 Business Days on regular ground shipping. If you wanted your package faster, you should've: (1) Chosen a faster shipping option (2) Chosen a different website that offers faster shipping.

Assuming you pre-ordered your games to get the $10 Gift Card, The Microsoft Store also states...

After you pre-order, you’ll receive a promotional code at the email address associated with your purchase within 10 days of game being shipped. Use it by January 31, 2015 to claim your $10 gift card code.Click to expand...

If you pre-order a game days before release, it doesn't count as the 10 days. You will get your code 10 days after the game is shipped. I've ordered plenty of times from that store in the past, and have always gotten my $10 Gift Card within the 10 days of the game being shipped.

You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them, but keep in mind the codes should be emailed about 10 business days after the games shipped, so it may be too early. Also, if you are a rewards member, you
should receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card (the credits would show as pending about 10-15 business days after the games shipped.

No I received a $10 digital gift card code from the Microsoft Store for pre-ordering the game. The code for Free Fall came with the game.

That is what I thought, but wasn't that supposed to happen within 7 - 10 days? I pre-ordered it from the Microsoft store. I'm just worried that I was some how skipped since I pre-ordered 2 (one as a gift). I received one code weeks ago and am waiting on
the second one.
