Not received:- Ryse Son of Rome and Killer Instinct Ultra Edition.

I see a few people have already posted about this in the community forums, and I'm having the same problem. I got the email on the 9th of July saying I could get KI and Ryse if I logged in to my account on the Xbox One between October and December. I just
got my console 3 days ago and have been on every day, apparently I was supposed to get a message over Xbox Live with the games, but I haven't received that either. So could someone help me out? Maybe tell me what I have to do to get these games?

Ok, that offer says it's for Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and Zoo tycoon. However, it also states that the items would be sent to the email associated with your gamertag within 14 days of registering at the website listed in clause 4(c).

Also, you must live in, and your gamertag set to either Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Taiwan or Korea.

If all this is correct for you then be sure to keep an eye on your email address including junk/spam folders.

 

1. I don't know why its showing those games, I've sent out tweets to Xbox Support with a screenshot of the email that says I will receive KI and Ryse.

2. 4c is for people who bought it from a retailer. I bought it online through my console.

4. I have been checking up on my Junk folders since this hasn't shown up. Nothing there either.

They are not open on weekends so you'd need to wait until Monday to contact them.

 

So I got the message with the codes earlier this morning. I guess I had to wait for a couple weeks after the end date to get it. That part wasn't clarified in the email either, but no harm done so. Thanks for your help mate.
