Not received rewards for march, April AND May

We calculate payback on every 6 GBP, as mentioned in our FAQ:

How does MyVIP work?

For every £6 you spend during the month on eligible items in the Xbox Store, you'll earn Reward Credits based on your current MyVIP Star Rank. Any outstanding funds will be rolled over into the next calendar month (i.e. if you spent £52.20 in July, you would
earn xx% of £48, with the existing £4.20 rolling over into August's balance).

Since your spending in March was beneath this amount, you did not receive payback that month. There is currently a delay with April payback, as we fix an issue. The Credits for that month should be awarded shortly. Regarding May, also in the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. However, we do not yet see any eligible MyVIP spending for this month. Keep in mind that subscriptions like ESO Plus are not eligible for MyVIP, as outlined in our
FAQ.

Hey Roy Takashi! unfortunately January's quest has expired and we are no longer able assist with it. March's rewards were entries to a sweepstakes so you may not have received notice of them. April's rewards will be sent out over the course of May so it
make take some more time to receive. Thanks!

April's rebate has been delayed while they fix an issue. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month, so it's too early to see credits for May's purchases.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are appropriately Rewarded. Once we can
confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account. As for May, from our FAQ:
