    Not received reward credits


    I have 1.8k credits in my account and I bought over £100 worth of games and movies over a week ago and my credits still read 1.8k and also received no gems. Is there a problem or something I don’t know about?

    Not receiving reward credits

    Hi, I have not received any rewards credits since May 24. This includes mission rewards and VIP rewards credits.

    Hello Gouldiekun,

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month (or this month's) MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. We see that your Gems from purchases are all currently in your account. For reference, you can see a statement of your Gems on the MyRewards page
    and the total on the Vault page.

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
    gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

    Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

    Didn't receive $50 gift card or proper amount of rewards points for Xbox One S order

    Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

    As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
    post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
    Rewards support will have to look into it.

    Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.

    Gamerscore is not the same as Rewards credits. It has no monetary value and cannot be used to make purchases. In order to receive rewards credits, you need to complete offers listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.
