I April 4 purchased quantum
break, then the display
will be presented win10 game page,
while giving another game. But until now
we did not receive a game code.
I also buy players and
had received at least one code.

Quantum Break Promo Code

I purchased Quantum Break on May 16, 2016 and was supposed to receive a digital download redemption code for Alan Wake and it dlc. I have not received any redemption codes.

The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version began going out in waves on launch day. You should receive them within 7-10 days of that.

Alan Wake American Nightmare codes are still going out and should be received 7-10 days from the date you pre-ordered.

If after the 7-10 days has past and you still do not have your codes you can repost and Support will be able to assist you.

The code should be emailed to you within 24 hours of redemption. If you don't receive the code, you'll want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

Check your order history on the redemption page of the site. It should either list the code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
