Bought a 3 month subscription from Game in January was suppose to get 3 months free however it expires this month, no free 3 months??

Date of purchase: november 9 2015

Issue:

“I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”
I never received my code after purchase.

He is talking about the office 365 promotion where you buy the ms store promotion and you get a free 12 month card

Basically op you need to call ms store and say I never received my promotional code for the office 365 purchase they will forward you to the correct department

It can take up to 60 days after purchase to receive the email

There is no indication that the Spyro companion prop will be included in the Avatar store since it looks like it is a promotional bonus item so those usually don't end up being available to purchase after the promotion is done. They try to keep it exclusive
to the promotion to incentivize pre-ordering of the game or purchasing the game during the promotion window.

The description for the
game online is as follows: "Pre-Order or Purchase the Spyro Reignited Trilogy by December 1st and receive a bonus*: Spyro Companion - Xbox One Avatar Prop *Item will be available 7-10 days after the promotion’s end. Promotion ends 12/2/18 at Midnight PST."

So if you preordered the game or just recently purchased it, you should still be eligible to receive the promotion via code to your Xbox Live Message Center 7-10 business days after the promotion ends so you still got some time to wait before you receive
the code to redeem for the Spyro companion avatar prop.

When did you renew your subscription? It takes 6-8 weeks after the promotion ends to receive your promotional items (aka the 5 game cpdes). You do not get the games at time of purchase of the subscription nor is the time it takes to receive them determined
by when your purchased it.

Hey, guys! This should actually have been sent out to users who purchased through the Xbox One Store. If you ordered it in the Microsoft Store, then you would qualify for $10 from them after the game is released. Can you please post back, mastercheif9989,
with where you purchased this game? That will help us determine what promotion you should be getting and if you should be receiving the games from the Xbox One Store.
