Escalation ranked matches that I play are not counting.

I played the necessary games to win the phantom gnasher on the correct days, the

matches redeem me xp and cr, but there are still 4 matches left to

receive my classification, I'm thinking that I will not receive phantom

gnasher because of this error.

No, I'm saying that if you play the game before release date and you have the veteran gear all you will receive is the golden gnasher.
