Not received Outer Wilds game for E3 Mixer.

I have still not received Outer Wilds game for E3 Mixer.

I have gone back and forth between XBOX and Microsoft and they said to come here.

E3 2018 Mixpot Rewards

Hi, I watched the Microsoft E3 stream through mixer with a linked account and have not received any in-game content or the pre-order for Outer Wilds. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

are you sure you qualified since quantities where limited? have you checked your ready to install section?

 

i was told everyone who was at the mixer stream got a free preorder of the game.

 

It was limited - Mixer on Twitter So not everyone would have received it.

 

I would check with the Mixer team if you have questions about being eligible for the E3 Mixpot. I don't think Outer Wilds is out yet though.

If you didn’t get a message from Xbox Live with a code for the game like I did and it’s not in your ready to install section then I’d say you were unlucky as not everyone who watched got it for free.
