Not received my GTA money for the RDR2 ultimate edition.

I pre ordered Red dead redemption the ultimate edition on xbox one store. It's been more than 10 days now and i've still not received my GTA money code.

I contacted Microsoft support who told me to post this issue on here?

Anyone have any ideas?

Red Dead Redemption 2 GTA Online cash code never received

I preordered the ultimate edition on the 23rd and wanted to use the gta money before rdr2 came out so i wasnt bored no use in having the money after the game comes out

I purchased the pre order for red dead redemption 2 ultimate edition and its been 10 days and I still haven't received my 2,000,000 gta money. I contacted Rockstar and they said that it's Microsoft who sends us the code and I havnt received it.

You only need to wait 7-10 days. I have waited 14 days. There is an error on their end.

I don’t feel I should need to wait beyond the quoted time frame.

According to the information posted on our website regarding the
Pre-order information . Everyone will receive the Gta cash via Xbox Message Center, likely within 7-10 days, but no later than October 21, 2018. In short bud, its still well within the quoted time frame but keep an eye on the Xbox Messages and keep us posted!

They say in the chat they have reported it. When something is reported it needs to be investigated to see what is going on. some investigations can take a while. We understand your frustration, Just give it a bit to see what happens.

The only reason I posted here is because he told me to haha. I know they would investigate it and would have left it but he told me to post it here lol.
